Immigration Form Preparation
At Mengali Immigration Form Preparation, our goal is to make the form preparation process more accessible, organized, and affordable. We understand that government forms can be overwhelming, and we are committed to helping clients complete and organize their paperwork with confidence.
We provide professional document preparation services with transparent pricing and personalized support throughout the process. Our mission is to help individuals and families navigate paperwork efficiently, without confusion or unnecessary stress.
*Please note that Mengali Preparation Services is not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Our services are limited to document preparation and administrative assistance based on information provided by our clients.*
Our document preparation services are designed to help clients complete and organize immigration applications based solely on the information and documentation they provide. We carefully prepare immigration forms using client-supplied information and review USCIS form instructions to ensure that the application package is assembled in accordance with the published filing requirements.
As part of our administrative support services, we organize supporting documentation provided by the client, prepare exhibits and supporting materials as appropriate, and compile the application package in a clear and professional format. Once complete, clients receive a fully assembled application packet that is ready for their review, signature, and submission to USCIS.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all forms and supporting documents for accuracy before signing and filing. By signing and submitting an application, the client confirms that all information contained in the application and supporting materials is true, correct, and complete to the best of their knowledge.
Mengali Preparation Services does not determine a client's eligibility for any immigration benefit, recommend which applications should be filed, provide legal advice, interpret immigration laws, or represent clients before USCIS or any government agency. All decisions regarding eligibility, filing strategy, and legal matters should be discussed with a licensed immigration attorney.
